Indian Rayon is leading manufacture of Fiber and fiber made material from viscos and it is group of Aditya birla which is well known as GRASIM.

Solution Proposed : 

• There is three different kind of application running by process and it was very challenging for Indian rayon electrical dept. to maintain three program back up as they have to maintain three kind model of AMTECH.
• Danfoss has provide solution and made all three program in one MCO and all parameters is download in single VFD..by means, only one VFD will have all three pattern program and operator or electrical engineer can change pattern by their own easily and can able to run different pattern as and when required with single VFD.. no need to change VFD and even no need to download program in VFD.
• Danfoss has provide this solution with MCO 305 and run complete pattern program in MCO SW and made customize software in MCO so operator can select and can see N1 speed, N2 speed, Timer in their language.

Pattern required which should run automatically with VFD based on timer and speed selection in VFD.

As per shown in figure : 

• first drive will start with ramp1(Acc. mode)from 0Hz  to 10 Hz for 10s..
• then drive will run at constant speed at 10 Hz for 30s.
• Then drive will go on ramp2 (Acc. mode) from 10 Hz to 30 Hz.
• then drive will run at constant speed at 30 Hz for 30s.
• If RESET command is given the drive will come at reference 1(10 Hz).

Indian Rayon really appreciate danfoss drives features like 3C3 coating which protect VFD against harsh environment,  user friendly graphical display, easy fault findings, customize menu  and text , and common VFD for all their different pattern application which help them to maintain only one VFD and it can be use for any machine  which really reduce their inventory cost.
